Request and confirmation
A submitted form, telephone call, WhatsApp message or email is a request. A journey becomes booked only when Ridevia sends written confirmation.
Prices and payment
Published prices are subject to the stated route and conditions. Changes to pickup, destination, waiting, stops, timing, passengers, luggage or vehicle may affect the final price. Payment method is confirmed with the booking.
Waiting time
Complimentary waiting is 45 minutes after airport landing, 30 minutes at cruise terminals and 10 minutes for local pickups. Additional waiting is £25 per hour, calculated proportionally.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are reviewed individually. Charges may apply depending on notice, vehicle allocation, journey type and costs already incurred.
Passenger responsibility
Customers must provide accurate contact, journey, passenger, luggage, flight and vessel details. Ridevia must be informed promptly of changes.
